Fondant Princess

This is my first 2 tier fondant Barbie doll cake. Not as perfect as those I saw made by other cake decorators.  But I believe, there's a first time for everything and am glad I did this ( I know, sooner or latter, I would).

Val ordered this and some cupcakes to complement the Princess cake.

Shepphard's Cupcakes

Some cupcakes I did last month for a 1 year old boy. It was lots of work to do the toppers, but I was happyon how they turned out, especially the sheep. I personally love Shaun the Sheep. However, DH commented that they dont look like Shaun, but looks like Shirley instead! (For those who knows the characters in Shaun the Sheep would agree with DH, I suppose)

Ok, enough about Shaun, lets look at Shepphard's cuppies! I only took a few pictures to represent all 150 of them.

White and Lavender Wedding Cake

I guess, I was very lucky to receive this order, for a couple who is not fussy about the cake design. I was given the freedom to choose any design a 3 tier wedding cake in such a short notice (well, for a wedding cake newbie like me, 4 days is a short notice...seriously)...as long as I sticked to the theme color.

Since it was held in a big hall, I had to make sure the cake is not "drowned" or dwarfed by the size of the hall. I hope it didn't.

I will not claim this design to be 100% mine...it was adapted from a Wedding Cake magazine, courtesy of Miss D.

I only noticed the base board was 2 inches smaller than it was supposed to be...

Corporate Cupcakes

Just some cupcakes with very simple design for Maxis family day....life is so much easier with edible image! I don't have to crack my head on how to draw the logo and such... just print, cut and paste :)
